Thank you to Zingerman’s Candy Manufactory for creating Zzang Bars! These divine “old school” - hand dipped candy bars crafted with top of the line ingredients are the most amazing candy bars you will ever experience!
The E-Trender gals are huge fans of this candy bar (introduced by NACE friend Ally) and thought it would be unique to design a candy bar tasting station starring the decadent Zzang Bars.
Meet the Bars...
The Original – honey nougat and natural peanut butter, dipped in a sensual caramel made from muscovado brown sugar, butter roasted peanuts and dipped in a rich bath of dark chocolate.
Ca$hew Cow – cashew butter, roasted cashews, brittle, puffed rice, milk chocolate and a touch of sea salt – drenched in dark chocolate.
What the Fudge – milk chocolate fudge, muscovado brown sugar caramel and malted milk cream fondant – stacked up and dunked in dark chocolate.
Wowza – raspberry chocolate ganache, fresh raspberry nougat dotted with raspberry chewy candies – wrapped with crisp dark chocolate.

Creating a Candy "BAR" Tasting Station showcasing Zzang bars and port wine is an inventive way to offer a dessert tasting and port wine night cap after a wonderful dinner.

The best part of this dessert station...no baking involved! Easy, breezy for the host and captivating for your guests!
We created signage and Zzang candy "bar" tasting notes for guests to review when savoring every delish bite while sipping port.

The Zzang bars were placed on cutting boards. We pre-cut several bars and stacked the colorful candy boxes next to each bar. To enhance the presentation we added fresh raspberries and mixed nuts (sweet and salty food trend). Mini martini glasses were used for the port tasting and perfect to hold the candy bars for guests to "mix and mingle".
