Recently, E-Trender Angela Butorac was invited to an event by Pat Catan's Bridal in Cleveland, Ohio where she had the chance to meet David Tutera, a visionary event stylist who specializes in designing truly spectacular events!
David has created a name for himself by taking his passion for designing amazing events and transforming it into a lifestyle.

At an early age, David learned about floral design from his grandfather who owned a successful florist. David's grandfather recognized his grandson's artistic ability and encouraged him to pursue his destiny and with the advice of his grandfather, at the age of nineteen, David Tutera started his own event planning business. He shared with us that his first job was a Bar Mitzvah event with a $2,500 total budget, then he did a wedding and another wedding after that. David was achieving his goal of becoming a sought after event planner in his hometown of Port Chester, NY, so with this momentum, he decided to take his business to New York City with a new goal to be the best in what he did in NYC!

David Tutera has built an award winning company from experience, dedication and his natural talent for transforming the ordinary into the extraordinary! David's impressive client list includes, Jennifer Lopez, Elton John, the Rolling Stones, the official post Grammy's party in New York City as well as countless film premieres and celebrity parties for royalty, politicians and socialites. David also has designed events for and actively supports the Prevent Cancer Foundation and the Alzheimer's Association.
David Tutera feels that every bride should feel like a celebrity on her wedding day. This star treatment is something you will see David provide for every wedding on his hit prime time show, "My Fair Weddings" on WE TV. Each episode, David whisks in and saves the day for a woman who has big dreams of what her wedding day should look like...but needs David's artistic vision to pull it all off!
David makes some revisions and takes each and every bride and groom on a journey...helping them share their story...creating an experience that they and their guests will never forget.

In addition to David's success with events, David has written several books and guides about party and event planning. He has also partnered with Faviana to launch a bridal dress line inspired by gowns worn on the red carpet and designed to make every bride feel beautiful like a glamorous movie star.
Most recently, David has partnered with Sears to create a collection of stunning and affordable engagement rings. He has designed four specific looks for the David Tutera Bridal Jewelry Collection. David has also teamed up with Jo Ann Fabrics Craft Stores to create Down the Aisle in Style a new line of wedding accessories and embellishments perfect for the stylish bride! E-Trender Angela was thrilled to have a sneak peek at this collection before it became exclusively available at Jo Ann Fabric stores nationwide February 1, 2011. This line will assist brides in creating decor and favors at a fraction of the cost! In addition each product will lend David's expertise and provide helpful "Tutera Tips" to assist brides with creative ideas!
