Getting ready for Easter this year has been natural! E-Trender's Sue and Angela experimented with dyeing eggs naturally with common items that you can find right in your kitchen pantry! Some of the natural ingredients used in this vibrant Easter display were coffee, tea, beet juice, saffron powder and grape juice!
E-Trender Angela's favorite egg color was the caramel brown finish that was achieved using a 3/4 cup of boiling water and one Lipton orange and spice flavored black tea bag!
Conveniently dry your eggs in an empty egg carton!
The EventTrender gals placed some of their natually dyed eggs on a cupcake tree nestled in Easter grass filled, flower-shaped cupcake liners by Wilton! The rest were displayed in vintage port glasses!
E-Trenders do you have a fun and unique way of dyeing eggs, perhaps an old family tradition? We want to hear about it, please feel free to comment and share your ideas with our followers!
Have an Eggstra fun time dyeing your eggs this year!
